Esto ayuda a lograr la cocci\u00f3n perfecta. Salpimentar generosamente por el lado de la grasa.<\/p>\n<p>2) Colocar el magret por el lado de la grasa, en un sart\u00e9n y cocinar a fuego muy lento por 10-12 minutos (sin agregar nada de aceite), sacando la grasa derretida en un bowl. Esto te puede servir como base para una deliciosa salsa.\u00a0\n<p>3) Cuando est\u00e9 bien dorado del lado de la grasa, darle vuelta y cocinar el lado carne por 3 minutos. Luego retirar del sart\u00e9n y dejar reposar 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>4) Cortar en l\u00e1minas y servir con papas doradas en la grasa del pato u otras verduras.
